Start with Audience, Not Platform
Too many businesses begin with platform selection: 'We need to be on Instagram' or 'We should start a blog.' This is backwards. Effective content strategy starts with deep audience understanding: Who are they? What do they need? Where do they spend time? What problems keep them up at night?
